I decided to go ahead and have 5 treatments.
My scar was almost gone in a week, my Surgeon could not believe it.
I felt so good after the treatments, totally relaxed and de-stressed.
All my friends said how well I looked, my skin was glowing.

MY HYPERBARIC EXPERIENCE 
In recent months I have undergone two surgery procedures and on both occasions I have chosen to include Hyperbaric treatments as part of my recovery. 
After my initial treatment I noticed little or no change but on waking the following morning I was delighted to find that my pain had greatly diminished and I was feeling heaps better. 
This same improvement was noticed after every subsequent treatment. Without exception I felt no improvement immediately after the treatment but the followed day I felt infinitely better. I was like improvement taking place in ‘steps’.  
Did it help in my recovery? Yes, it greatly improved my mobility and pain. 
Would I do it again? Most certainly – without a doubt. If there is a unit nearby when I have surgery again I will include these treatments as part of my recovery program.

I wanted to write to you to thank you and everyone at Hyperbaric Worx for their excellence services during my course of treatments last month.

The information, service, professionalism, equipment, and the fun and healthy atmosphere was simply the best. I have had the privilege of using cutting edge sport science technology during my Olympic career swimming for Australia at powerhouses like the Australian Institute of Sport. Now years after retirement, I once again encountered a similar environment with Hyperbaric Worx.

My ankle injury recovered unbelievably fast using the five one hour sessions in the tank. I had 'read-up' on the benefits and the accelerated healing powers of hyperbaric treatment, but it wasn't until I experienced it for myself last month that I truly understood the magic of this type of science.

I have suffered from Migraines since early childhood and I am now in my mid thirties. I have tried everything from medications to physiotherapy to dental solutions to acupuncture and while each helped in a very minor way nothing solved the problem and it became something that I just had to live with. My migraines hit me at random times and the only solution I had was to head home for the day, pop some pain killers and head off to bed to sleep it off. As I run my own business this loss of productivity was expensive and frustrating.

Whilst attending the Hyperbaric Worx office on an unrelated matter I was struck with the onset of a migraine and began to make my excuses for cutting the meeting short. They advised me to have one treatment in their chamber and, whilst I was sceptical, I took up their offer. Best advise I have ever taken. The Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment stopped the migraine in its tracks and by the time I emerged from the chamber the headache, blurred vision and nausea were gone completely.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is now a cost effective means for me of dealing with my migraines and I highly recommend it to others.

I am writing this letter to express many thanks to the team at Hyperbaric Worx for their outstanding services recovering from my Arthroscopy (key-hole surgery to my knee).
Recovery process after surgery such as this is on average 4-6weeks. But after surgery on Friday 13th October the same day I visited the hyperbaric chamber and immediately I felt relief, and was moving somewhat more freely.
By the second week following the operation I was already jogging and by the start of week 3 I had returned to work performing full duties.
I have no hesitation that the 5 treatments I had over the following week of my operation contributed largely to pain relief, minimal swelling and the flexibility of my knee and right leg so soon.
I only wish the Hyperbaric chamber had been available 10 years ago when my two older brothers went through the same surgery and then full knee reconstructions.
Once again I wish to thank all the Hyperbaric team, I speak highly of their professionalism and will happily recommend their services to all.

I want to extend my sincerest gratitude to the team at Hyperbaric Worx for all of your help in getting me up and running again from my calf tear. 
You will be happy to know that I was able to go to the World Softball Championships in Beijing and play completely pain free at 100% from only the 3rd day into the Championships. 
I was named as the starting catcher for every major game and we came away with a Bronze Medal and automatic qualification for the Beijing Olympics. 
I have no doubts whatsoever that the 5 treatments I had in the Hyperbaric Chamber substantially accelerated my healing and bought me the extra week that I needed to get to Beijing. 
I have torn muscles in the past and have never fully recovered within 2 weeks like I did from this injury.

I would like to thank the management and staff at Hyperbaric Worx for the hyperbaric treatments I have received from your organisation.
Because of my Irish ancestry, I have unfortunately been a sufferer of skin cancer for many, many years. I have regular 3 monthly checks and am always having sunspots burnt, excised or curetted from my arms, legs, face and back.
Depending on the type of operation I have, recovery times can vary from three weeks for minor burns to eight weeks or more for excisions and curettes.
I have long been aware of the use of hyperbaric oxygenisation for the treatment of sports injury recovery so, when the opportunity for me to undergo hyperbaric treatment became available after I had FIVE rather large Basal Cell Carcinomas removed from my back, it was too good to ignore.
I underwent nine one-hour sessions over a period of some thirteen days.
The repair to my wounds was amazing. In just over three weeks from the time of the curettes and cauterisation of the BCCs, the last of the scabbing was off the largest of the wounds and all were fully closed and healing well. From previous experience, this recovery, using hyperbaric treatment, was an improvement in time of three to four weeks.
I would sincerely recommend hyperbaric treatment at Hyperbaric Worx to everyone for speedy recovery from surgery.

I was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration in January 2002 at the age of 42.
The condition worsened and I was declared legally blind in 2006.

This was attributed to the medical condition of Primary Pulmonary Hypertension which had been diagnosed in 1995. The only treatment for this condition was a heart/lung transplant operation which I underwent in February 2007.

To help with maintaining my vision to the best level I took supplements including powerful antioxidants and had my eyesight checked on the 14/05/07 three months post transplant.

I continued with the supplements and noticed minimal changes which were encouraging but there were limitation that continued to dramatically impact on my quality of life and ability to work or drive.

Had my regular check up to monitor the condition on 13/03/08.The results showed and improvement in my left eye which was the worst but no improvement in the right.

The following week I had 10 one hour session of hyperbaric treatment and felt there was improvement. I waited five weeks to maximise the benefit this treatment offers and went to the same optometrist to have an exact measurement taken. The difference between those two measurements was dramatic.

As a result I had to reduce the magnifying glass strength as I was getting headaches from using too stronger glasses. It has allowed me to become more confident in seeking work and as of 22/05/08 I believe in the near future I will be able to begin driving again.
Another major benefit has been the improvement in my lung capacity. This has shown in improved breathing during exercise, singing and better figures when I check my breathing function on the meter I use on a daily basis. Previous to the treatment my average was 2.4 on the scale, this has risen to an average of 2.65. This improvement was noticeable immediately following the treatment.

When I was offered the opportunity of taking part in the Macular Degeneration trial I must admit that I was skeptical. I really had no faith in the outcome, as I have had Macular problem for at least 13 years, but I had to try every avenue, in the hope it might work.
After reading information on the website I did hope it might fix my sore heel. I have had Plantar Fasciitis for over 2 years, which is very painful
Before I began treatment in the Hyperbaric Chamber I could only see the top line on the eye chart and was classified as legally blind.
The first improvement I noticed, was that my computer screen was much brighter, but I convinced myself that I was imagining it. After the first 10 treatments I was able to read 4 lines of the eye chart, after 20 treatments I could read 5 1/2 lines and I could see my signature for the first time in many years and others noticed I was more confident when writing cheques and when walking on uneven ground.
I can now see the floor, and have stopped using my foot to feel for uneven surfaces at doorways. This is a big improvement.
I am very grateful for all the effort that everyone at Hyperbaric Worx has done to make these treatments available to me.
